ON THE LABOR MARKET IN GREECE TODAY According to official figures from the GSEE one in four young people in our country are without work. These are 190,000 young people who are waiting three or more years to find employment. The search for some, indeed, is even more difficult, since two out of ten will not find a job or after five years. But those lucky find, eventually, a job will not necessarily stay happy: Four out of ten will work in another subject than what they wanted or searched, while many (16.5% of total) will find a temporary job.
