The sophisticated technology, in the industrialization of work, to replace human labor, thereby dramatically increasing unemployment. In particular, the specialization which is responsible for technology, standardization and mechanization of work to such an extent with the result that lead to alienation. Man gets no more than the work of the feeling of joy of creativity, and the perception as an instrument of oppression and coercion. This deprives the people the opportunity for a quality of life and away from everything and creatively fruitful. On the other hand the evolution of technology created new jobs in areas that until now did not exist, for example, communications (mobile telephony, digital television, etc.). Many argue that technological progress has so far negatively affect several areas of human activity and particularly devastating to the relationship of man with nature. But providing the potential to eliminate the negative consequences of, eg the environment, offering the man the means to protect effectively. ON THE LABOR MARKET IN GREECE TODAY According to official figures from the GSEE one in four young people in our country are without work. These are 190,000 young people who are waiting three or more years to find employment. The search for some, indeed, is even more difficult, since two out of ten will not find a job or after five years. But those lucky find, eventually, a job will not necessarily stay happy: Four out of ten will work in another subject than what they wanted or searched, while many (16.5% of total) will find a temporary job. The Greeks aged 24 years are faced with a daunting unemployment rate reaches 26.5%, which is one of the highest in the European Union. Unemployment is more Greek than is unskilled economic migrants, as businesses are unable to absorb them-trained workers and thus accurate. The problem is even more acute for young women: the unemployment rate at ages up to 24 years reaches 35.2%. In slightly older (25-29 years) unemployment rate exceeds 15%, especially women, the unemployment rate at 22% ejected. The number of 190,000 unemployed young people in our country, not including those working through the grant program, work experience on a temporary job. TECHNOLOGY AND NEW JOBS Each year, 10% of all jobs disappear and be replaced by new, start-ups, which require new specialized skills. Until now, information and communication technologies have increased employment especially in the tertiary sector of services to people with high ratings, while a decrease in the secondary sector, and workers with low skills. Businesses and industries to conduct a more innovative productivity and employment growth above average. Businesses with more knowledge systematically undermine others. ΠΡΟΛΟΓΟΣ
　
Ο τρόπος µε τον οποίο χρησιμοποιούνται τα τεχνολογικά επιτεύγματα στην παραγωγική διαδικασία έχει επιδράσει αρνητικά τα εργασιακά δεδομένα. Τα τελειοποιημένα τεχνολογικά μέσα, στο πλαίσιο της εκβιομηχάνισης της εργασίας, μπορούν να αντικαταστήσουν το ανθρώπινο εργατικό δυναμικό, αυξάνοντας έτσι δραματικά τα ποσοστά ανεργίας. Συγκεκριμένα, η εξειδίκευση για την οποία ευθύνεται η τεχνολογία, τυποποίησε και μηχανοποίησε την εργασία σε τέτοιο βαθμό µε αποτέλεσμα να οδηγήσει στην αλλοτρίωση. Ο άνθρωπος δεν αντλεί πλέον απ’ την εργασία του το αίσθημα της χαράς της δημιουργικότητας, καθώς την αντιλαμβάνεται ως ένα μέσο καταπίεσης και εξαναγκασμού. Αυτό στερεί από τον άνθρωπο τη δυνατότητα για ποιότητα ζωής μια και τον απομακρύνει από καθετί γόνιμο και δημιουργικό.
Από την άλλη πλευρά όμως με την εξέλιξη της τεχνολογίας δημιουργήθηκαν νέες θέσεις εργασίας σε τομείς που μέχρι τώρα δεν υπήρχαν , όπως για παράδειγμα οι επικοινωνίες (κινητή τηλεφωνία, ψηφιακή τηλεόραση κλπ).
Πολλοί υποστηρίζουν ότι η τεχνολογική εξέλιξη έχει επιδράσει μέχρι τώρα αρνητικά σε αρκετούς τομείς της ανθρώπινης δραστηριότητας και ιδιαίτερα καταστροφικά στη σχέση του ανθρώπου µε τη φύση. Παράλληλα όμως παρέχει τις δυνατότητες να εξαλειφθούν οι αρνητικές συνέπειες που επιφέρει, πχ στο περιβάλλον, προσφέροντας στον άνθρωπο τα μέσα, για να το προστατέψει αποτελεσματικά.
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΑΓΟΡΑ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ ΣΗΜΕΡΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΕΛΛΑΔΑ
Σύμφωνα με επίσημα στοιχεία από την ΓΣΕΕ ένας στους τέσσερις νέους στη χώρα μας είναι χωρίς δουλειά. Πρόκειται για 190.000 νέους οι οποίοι περιμένουν τρία ή και περισσότερα χρόνια μέχρι να βρουν απασχόληση. Η αναζήτηση για ορισμένους, μάλιστα, είναι ακόμη πιο δύσκολη, αφού δύο στους δέκα δεν θα βρουν δουλειά ούτε ύστερα από πέντε χρόνια. Αλλά και όσοι τυχεροί βρουν, τελικά, μία θέση εργασίας, δεν θα μείνουν απαραίτητα ευχαριστημένοι: Τέσσερις στους δέκα θα απασχοληθούν σε άλλο αντικείμενο απ' αυτό που έψαχναν ή επιθυμούσαν, ενώ αρκετοί (16,5% του συνόλου) θα βρουν δουλειά προσωρινή.Οι Έλληνες ηλικίας μέχρι 24 ετών έρχονται αντιμέτωποι με ένα τρομακτικό ποσοστό ανεργίας που φτάνει στο 26,5%,το οποίο είναι ένα από τα υψηλότερα στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Η ανεργία πλήττει περισσότερο τους Έλληνες απ' όσο τους ανειδίκευτους οικονομικούς μετανάστες, καθώς οι επιχειρήσεις αδυνατούν να απορροφήσουν τους εκπαιδευμένους -και άρα ακριβούς εργαζόμενους. Το πρόβλημα είναι ακόμη οξύτερο για τις νέες γυναίκες: το ποσοστό ανεργίας στις ηλικίες μέχρι 24 ετών φτάνει στο 35,2%. Στους λίγο μεγαλύτερους (25-29 ετών) το ποσοστό των ανέργων ξεπερνά το 15%, ειδικά δε στις γυναίκες το ποσοστό ανεργίας εκτινάσσεται στο 22%.
Στον αριθμό των 190.000 ανέργων νέων στη χώρα μας, δεν περιλαμβάνονται όσοι εργάζονται μέσω των επιδοτούμενων προγραμμάτων απόκτηση εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε προσωρινή θέση εργασίας. Ένα άλλο πρόβλημα της ελληνικής αγοράς εργασίας είναι ότι οι νέοι άνεργοι πρέπει να περιμένουν πολύ καιρό μέχρι να βρουν δουλειά.Κατά μέσο όρο, στην ευρωζώνη το 16% των ανέργων είναι «νέοι», σύμφωνα με στοιχεία της Eurostat. Είναι, μάλιστα, χαρακτηριστικό ότι ακόμη και οι υπό ένταξη χώρες έχουν ευκολότερη πρόσβαση στην αγορά εργασίας: στη Βουλγαρία πρώτη φορά αναζητεί μια θέση εργασίας το 22% των ανέργων και στη Ρουμανία το 35%, ενώ στη Δανία αντίστοιχο πρόβλημα έχει μόνο το 5,8% του συνόλου. Σύμφωνα με στοιχεία της Ευρωπαϊκής Στατιστικής Υπηρεσίας, σε πολλά κράτη σε ένα μήνα από τη στιγμή που οι νέοι αποφοιτούν, όλοι σχεδόν απορροφώνται από την αγορά: απομένει να αναζητεί μια θέση απασχόλησης μόνο το 7,8% στην Ιρλανδία, το 6,2% στην Ολλανδία και το 33% στην Ισπανία. Την ίδια στιγμή στη χώρα μας και ύστερα από έναν μήνα αναζήτησης, δεν μπορεί να βρει δουλειά το 42,7% των ενδιαφερομένων.
　
ΤΕΧΝΟΛΟΓΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΕΡΓΙΑ
　
Η εισαγωγή της τεχνολογίας επηρεάζει το σχεδιασμό των θέσεων εργασίας και τη ζήτηση για δεξιότητες. Μακροπρόθεσμα, η τεχνολογία αυξάνει την παραγωγικότητα και προωθεί την ανάπτυξη. Είτε λοιπόν άμεσα εφαρμοσμένη στην παραγωγή είτε ενσωματωμένη σε προϊόντα η τεχνολογία δεν φταίει για τις δουλειές που χάνονται μακροπρόθεσμα. Δεν παύει όμως να επιταχύνει τον ρυθμό με τον οποίο καταστρέφονται και δημιουργούνται θέσεις εργασίας, να επανακαθορίζει τις απαιτούμενες νέες δεξιότητες και να απαξιώνει άλλες. Άρα, ενώ η φράση "φταίει η νέα τεχνολογία" είναι αναληθής, η εισαγωγή της σε μια οικονομία που είναι ανέτοιμη να αντιμετωπίσει τις επιπτώσεις της δεν είναι ουδέτερη.
Οι νέες μέθοδοι παραγωγής έχουν αναμφισβήτητα αρνητικές επιπτώσεις στο εργατικό δυναμικό. Εργαζόμενοι µε δεξιότητες των οποίων η ζήτηση μειώνεται και όσοι εργάζονται σε τομείς οι οποίοι συρρικνώνονται λόγω της συνεχούς τεχνολογικής εξέλιξης βρίσκονται αντιμέτωποι με την ανεργία. Παράλληλα, η ανάπτυξη αποδοτικότερων μεθόδων παραγωγής και νέων προϊόντων συνοδεύει τη διαδικασία των διαρθρωτικών αλλαγών και ενισχύει την εμφάνιση νέων τομέων δραστηριότητας που παρέχουν νέες ευκαιρίες εργασίας, έτσι ώστε συνολικά η απασχόληση να αυξάνεται παράλληλα µε την ραγδαία εξέλιξη των τεχνολογιών. Είναι απαραίτητο συνεπώς η αύξηση της παραγωγικότητας από την εφαρμογή των νέων
τεχνολογιών να συμβαδίσει µε την ταυτόχρονη ανάπτυξη της αγοράς, έτσι ώστε να έχει σαν επακόλουθο τη συνολική αύξηση των θέσεων εργασίας.
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
ΤΕΧΝΟΛΟΓΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΝΕΕΣ ΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ
Κάθε χρόνο, 10% του συνόλου των θέσεων εργασίας εξαφανίζεται και αντικαθίσταται από νέες, σε νέες επιχειρήσεις, που απαιτούν νέα ειδικευμένα επαγγελματικά προσόντα. Μέχρι τώρα οι τεχνολογίες πληροφορικής και επικοινωνίας έχουν αυξήσει την απασχόληση κυρίως στον τριτογενή τοµέα των υπηρεσιών και στα άτομα µε υψηλές
ειδικότητες, ενώ παρατηρείται μείωση στο δευτερογενή τοµέα και στους εργαζόμενους µε χαμηλές δεξιότητες. Οι επιχειρήσεις και οι κλάδοι µε την περισσότερο καινοτόμο συμπεριφορά παρουσιάζουν παραγωγικότητα και αύξηση της απασχόλησης άνω του μέσου όρου. Επιχειρήσεις µε μεγαλύτερη τεχνογνωσία υποσκελίζουν συστηματικά άλλες επιχειρήσεις. Άτομα µε περισσότερη τεχνογνωσία και δεξιότητες καταλαμβάνουν καλύτερα αµειβόµενες θέσεις απασχόλησης.
Οι νέες τεχνολογίες αγγίζουν όλους τους τομείς της οικονομίας και µμεταβάλλουν τα πρότυπα των προσόντων σε µμεγάλο αριθμό επαγγελμάτων. Η εμπειρία δείχνει ότι πολιτικές που εστιάζονται αποκλειστικά στη διαφύλαξη θέσεων εργασίας σε επαγγέλματα που δεν έχουν πέραση καθυστερούν σοβαρά την ανανέωση του βιομηχανικού ιστού µε αρνητικές συνέπειες για τις υγιείς επιχειρήσεις και την απασχόληση.
Ίσως η πλέον ορατή επίδραση των νέων τεχνολογιών στην αγορά εργασίας αφορά τη μείωση της ζήτησης για εργαζομένους µε χαμηλές δεξιότητες. Αυτή η έμφαση στις δεξιότητες δημιουργεί την ανάγκη για νέα προγράµµατα κατάρτισης και δια βίου μάθησης. Σημαντικό ρόλο στη διαμόρφωση και χρηματοδότηση των προγραµµάτων κατάρτισης πρέπει να παίξει και ο ιδιωτικός τοµέας, ο οποίος μπορεί να προσαρμόσει καλύτερα τα προγράµµατα στις πραγματικές του ανάγκες.
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
　
ΝΕΕΣ ΜΟΡΦΕΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ ΣΤΗΝ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑ ΤΗΣ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΑΣ
Μία από τις πιο σημαντικές πτυχές των αλλαγών στην αγορά εργασίας είναι η αυξανόμενη χρήση της τηλε-εργασίας. Οι τεχνολογίες πληροφορικής και επικοινωνίας δίνουν τη δυνατότητα σε πολλούς εργαζόμενους να εργαστούν από το σπίτι τους ή από άλλο χώρο σε απόσταση από τον συνήθη χώρο εργασίας τους, µε τη βοήθεια ενός υπολογιστή και μίας τηλεφωνικής σύνδεσης. Η τηλε-εργασία μπορεί επίσης να παίξει έναν πολύ σημαντικό ρόλο στη διαμόρφωση της ανταγωνιστικότητας των επιχειρήσεων.
Κίνδυνοι που πρέπει να ληφθούν υπ’ όψη είναι η εξαφάνιση των συλλογικών µμορφών εργασίας, ο προσωρινός χαρακτήρας της εργασίας, η διαίρεση του εργατικού δυναμικού ανάμεσα σε έναν πυρήνα καλά αµειβοµένων εργαζομένων µε σίγουρες θέσεις εργασίας και σε ένα φλοιό κακοπληρωμένων και ανασφαλών εργαζομένων. Επίσης σημαντικός κίνδυνος είναι η δημιουργία ενός αισθήματος αποξένωσης από κοινωνικές
διαδικασίες σε εργαζομένους οι οποίοι συστηματικά εργάζονται αποκοµµένοι από τον επαγγελματικό τους περίγυρο.
　
　
　
　
　
　
ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑΤΑ
Επομένως η τεχνολογία δεν ευθύνεται αποκλειστικά για την ύπαρξη της ανεργίας. Η κοινωνία συνεχώς αναπτύσσεται και εξελίσσεται. Όμως η ανάπτυξη αυτή πρέπει να γίνεται με γνώμονα τον άνθρωπο και τις πραγματικές του ανάγκες. Οι πολλές δυνατότητες που παρέχουν οι νέες τεχνολογίες στον άνθρωπο δεν σημαίνουν ότι βελτιώνουν την ποιότητα της ζωής του. Gran Turismo 5 (also known as GT5) is the fifth edition of Sony/Polyphony Digital's racing video game series, Gran Turismo. Expanding on the Prologue version, which was first released in Japan in October 2007 and intended to give an impression of the final game, it will be the first of the main numbered series to feature on the PlayStation 3.
As found in the Prologue, and for the first time in the numbered Gran Turismo series, the game is set to feature cars from Ferrari, including the Ferrari F2007 Formula One World Championship car.[3] In addition to Prologue features, it will also include the 'Top Gear' Test Track from the BBC motoring show, and will greatly expand on the number of cars available, to over 900[4]. There will also be a 16 player online mode as in GT5 Prologue.
In an April 2008 interview, Kazunori Yamauchi revealed that 150 people had worked on Gran Turismo 5 for four years, with all of Polyphony Digital's 120 employees working on GT5, and the game costing 50 times more to develop than the original Gran Turismo.[1] He also confessed that GT5 might not be released until after 2009.[1] In a July 2008 interview with IGN, Yamauchi mentioned that at the moment, Polyphony Digital is focused on updates for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and that Gran Turismo 5 may not be released until 2010.[

Microsoft announced the latest instalment of the popular Halo franchise, Halo 3: Recon, at a Japanese event today, promising the Xbox 360 game would hit shelves in the Fall of 2009. In contrast to Halo 3, the Recon game will star an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper instead of Master Chief and document the events leading up to the previous title. Bungie Studios, who were responsible for the first three titles in the franchise, are behind this latest instalment.

Microsoft describe Halo 3: Recon as a “standalone expansion” and promise “hours of new campaign excursions and multiplayer gameplay.” Action is based on Earth but apparently concentrates more on covert ops techniques than firepower: “”[while] the feel of this new chapter greatly resembles that of previous ‘Halo’ experiences, ‘Halo 3: Recon’ will require you to employ more elements of stealth and cunning than ever before.”

The player starts out as a ball of clear water. They then roll the character around until it runs into one of many paint cans which consist of three basic colors; red, blue and yellow. de Blob then rolls and jumps around splashing and sliding on the city's buildings, smearing his newfound hue, returning their color. As he does this the once-silent city gradually regains its soundtrack with each "stroke" of de Blob, with each color corresponding to a particular sound. de Blob can mix the three basic colors to obtain one of four aditional colors. If the player wants to rid themselves of their color, they can go to a pool or a hydrant. As de blob collects colors, his capacity rises to a threshold of 100, growing bigger in the process.

de Blob wanders the city spreading color and life at the request of a surviving Raydian.
The more paint added to the city, the more citizens, known as Raydians, will arrive with various missions for de Blob, including obliterating groups of INKT patrollers, painting entire landmarks, or even painting various locations by hopping from target from target without touching any other surfaces. Eventually there are vast pools of "ink" splattered by the evil corporation and cause de Blob to turn black and lose life until he washes it out with water. The enemies have not been officially named yet and are only known as the INKT oppressors. They come in various categories such as the ground class, which walk, the air class, which can fly when they turn their hat into a personalised zeppelin, and the water class that fires ink from the seas via old-style steamboat.
As de Blob paints the city and complete missions, points are accumulated. Each gate separating the player from the next part of a stage can be opened by reaching a certain number of points.

de Blob is an action puzzle title that allows players to explore and liberate an alien city from the evil, monochromatic I.N.K.T. Corporation that has taken over the city and outlawed all color and fun from daily life. Playing as de Blob, gamers will embark on a quest to re-animate the city of Chroma, and bring spunk and character back to the oppressed, by splattering buildings, landmarks, and citizens with color. de Blob features an intricate single player campaign as well as a multiplayer experience that supports up to four competitors via split screen.

de Blob was originally developed as a free downloadable game for the Windows PC by eight students studying Game Design & Development at the Utrecht School of the Arts and one student studying Game and Media Technology at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. At the time of conception, sections of Utrecht were being rebuilt and the principal task in creating the game was to convey how the railroad station area of Utrecht would look in 10 years. The city of Utrecht has adopted the de Blob character as its mascot.[4] THQ noticed the game and was very impressed with the team's work, and acquired the rights to the game. THQ handed over the game to Blue Tongue Entertainment and Helixe and the companies each developed their own versions for different consoles.[7][8]

Character Creation
Character Creation from Soulcalibur III returned in Soulcalibur IV. Instead of including original weapon styles for use with certain classes of fighters, SCIV now only allows players to simply choose which character from the series they would like to have their created character mimic (excluding Algol, bonus characters, and the Star Wars guest characters). This differs from Soulcalibur III in that many unique styles were also included, such as Grieve Edge, Katana and Shuriken, Wave Sword, Steel Fan, or Tambourine. Many styles were removed in the transition, and the character creation has been simplified.
A wide array of new pieces of equipment are available for use in SCIV's Character Creation mode, and new options include a wider range of character voices (now with pitch adjustment) and the ability to change a character's general physique and muscularity.
In addition, equipped items now also affect a character's statistics. Armor, weapons, and accessories may increase health, attack or defense; they may also grant skill points that allow the character to equip special traits that affect the character's playstyle.[3] These traits range from automatically triggered guard impacts, the ability to cause damage against a blocking opponent, or even a stat increase based on parameters such as an opponent's alignment or gender. Standard characters will also be able to be modified in this way to a modest degree, allowing custom costumes and skill sets to be used in Special VS. mode. Custom characters can still be used in Standard VS. mode, but without any of the special abilities gained through equipment or weapon choice.
At the moment only one profile is allowed for offline versus mode, meaning that only one profile's created characters can be loaded at a time. If a friend comes over with their profile and saved characters, the only way to play with their custom characters is to either log off the other profile, or go through the process of recreating all the characters on the other profile. The game does not recognize two profiles and two save files, only one.

Active Matching Battle
Multi-fighter battles in Soulcalibur IV use a different structure from its predecessors, nicknamed Active Matching Battle (AMB). Similar to the tag system of games such as King of Fighters 2003, the AMB system allows players to switch to other members of a 'party' of fighters with the push of a button. Also, instead of starting a new round for each opponent defeated, new opponents will simply run into the battle immediately after a K.O. - with the exception of certain combatants. Matches utilizing the AMB system only appear in the Story and Tower of Lost Souls modes.

Soul Gauge & Critical Finish
Soulcalibur IV features an all-new Critical Finish system. Next to a player's Health Meter is a colored gem that represents the "Soul Gauge". The gem changes color when the player guards and is attacked. The color gradually changes from blue to green and eventually to red and then flashing red. The player's own Soul Gauge will regenerate if he or she makes an attack and hits the opponent (guarding or otherwise). If the character manages to empty out the opponent's Soul Gauge, he or she will get a short chance to perform a powerful Critical Finish move, which will defeat the opponent instantly, by pressing all four face buttons at the same time. Each character has his or her own personal Critical Finish move. Namco says that it developed the Soul Gauge to decrease the benefits from constant guarding, thus giving the game a faster tempo and making the matches more offensive.[4]

Force abilities
The Star Wars guest characters, Darth Vader, Yoda and The Apprentice, utilize unique attacks using the Force. Darth Vader is able to utilize Force-based pushes and chokes, Yoda can use the Force to launch himself into the air for complex aerial attacks, and The Apprentice is able to use Force lightning and other dark-side moves. These moves drain a special Force Meter, which recharges gradually when not in use. If the Force Meter is depleted, the player loses control of the character momentarily. At which time Yoda and The Apprentice show signs of fatigue, whereas Darth Vader appears to have malfunctions in his suit.[5]

Online Battles
For the first time in the series, Soulcalibur IV has the option to fight against other players online. Confirmed versus-modes available in online battles are "Standard VS" (for classic matches) and "Special VS" (for customized characters).[6] Created characters are playable in the online multiplayer mode.[7]

Characters
Darth Vader, the Apprentice and Yoda, characters from the Star Wars universe, are the playable guest characters. Darth Vader appears on the PlayStation 3, and Yoda on the Xbox 360. The Apprentice, the main protagonist of LucasArts' upcoming video game Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, also makes an appearance as a playable guest character on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions. Guitar Hero: On Tour is a music video game for the Nintendo DS system, based on the Guitar Hero series of video games. The game is developed by Vicarious Visions and published by RedOctane and Activision, and was released in North America and Australia in June 2008, and in Europe in July 2008. Two versions were released in Europe, one for primarily English-speaking countries, and one for the rest of Europe, with some changes in the song list.
As with other Guitar Hero games, the player attempts to follow the lead guitar portion of a rock song as note patterns scroll by on the game's screens. Instead of the normal guitar peripheral used in other game console versions, On Tour is packaged with the "Guitar Grip", a unique four-fret controller that fits into the Game Boy Advance slot on either the Nintendo DS or DS Lite hardware. The player strums each note by dragging the stylus across the touchscreen while holding down the fret buttons. The design of the Guitar Grip and other gameplay mechanics went through many iterations by Vicarious Visions before the final design was reached. A special Guitar Duel mode against the computer or human opponent over local wifi incorporates other features of the Nintendo DS in order to remove distractions created by the opponent in order to keep playing the song.
On Tour received mixed reviews from critics. Many reviews cited problems with holding the Guitar Grip in place and cramping by holding the Grip too long. While some felt the game captured the spirit of the Guitar Hero series, others felt it was more an experiment than a successful game.
